UNIT OF EXCELLENCE AWARD This program by the OA offers four recognition levels for units: Unit of Excellence, Scoutmaster of Excellence, Troop Representative of Excellence, and Troop Representative Adviser of Excellence. See the attached document for information and contact the Lodge Chief at chief@aalpatah.org for further information or to report awards earned.
OA High Adventure
OA Canadian Odyssey: For two weeks, you will join together with Arrowmen from around the country and experience the wild beauty of the Quetico Provincial Park of Ontario, Canada. 16-20 years old, passport required
OA Ocean Adventure: A 7-day program conducted in the Florida Keys. The service portion of the adventure will be primarily based out of the Dry Tortugas National Park located 70 miles from Key West. 16-20 years old
OA Summit Experience: For 6 days, you will join together with Arrowmen from around the country and experience all that the Summit in West Virginia has to offer. 14-18 years old
OA Trail Crew: One of the best ways to experience Scouting’s premier high adventure base, Philmont Scout Ranch. For two weeks, participants see and experience all that Philmont has to offer and much more. 16-20 years old
OA Wilderness Voyage: For two weeks, you will join together with Arrowmen from around the country and experience all that the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness in northern Minnesota has to offer. 16-20 years old
